Travel through time this summer from the flickering torches of the ancient Greek amphitheatres to the gaslamps of vaudeville to the bright lights of Broadway! We're traversing thousands of years of tradition and change, exploring how acting, plays, stage arts, and theaters themselves have evolved and grown. This camp will explore drama from ancient Greece, medieval festivals, commedia dell'arte, Elizabethan, Restoration, and contemporary eras!
For Scamps 8 - 18

June 16 - 27, 2025

Silent films were once the only movies, and they set the stage for all modern cinema – from Disney animations to action blockbusters. Together we will create classic black-and-white short silent films from start to finish! We will devise, write, storyboard, shoot, and act in our own original works. Camp will conclude with a red-carpet premiere of our work on the silver screen!
