and the first play of the MacFestival.

Macbeth

by William Shakespeare
RUNS MAR 6 - MAR 23, 2025

DIRECTED BY LISA WOLPE
& BRYAN RAFAEL FALCÓN

We will kick off the festival with a Lady Macbeth centered retelling of the tale of Shakespeare’s darkest and most powerful work, in a cutting that is lean and fast-paced. A tale of witchcraft, prophecy and political ambition, the S&S production will explore the corruption of the trappings of power on the ambitious in a production focused on gender and the systematic forces that bend the individual.

THIS PERFORMANCE WILL BE ON THE MAINSTAGE OF THE S&S THEATRE.
