The Scamp Radio 1/2 Hour

The Scamp Radio (1/2) Hour is the creative outpouring of a team of youth writers who gathered the summer of 2020 for our Radio Play Camp. Guided by Wolfe Bowart, the Scamps wrote over a dozen scenes and short plays that were designed to be heard rather than seen. After the plays were finished, Wolfe Bowart, working with sound engineer (and voice talent) Tiffer Hill, brought on a team of professional actors, Gabriella De Brequet, Lance Guzman, and Nicole DelPrete, to bring the stories to life.

These stories are the work of Axel, Willow, Lucy, Scarlett, Isis, Henry, Sebastian, Dillon, Max and Thomas.

Supplemented with the foley of yesteryear and the sound FX libraries of today, Wolfe wove the sound into a half hour of entertainment that evokes the golden age of radio.
